Elan Dance Est.

First Class

No worries at all! You don't need any prior experience for first class.

We could get all philosophical and say dance is where rhythm meets expression, and movement becomes art and it is.

But we also understand that not everyone feels like their body was ‘born to dance’, so first classes can feel daunting.

That’s why we created Èlan Dance Est, we want to add the additional magic that is a super supportive community to enable you to embrace your own rhythm. A space for everyone to expand into themselves and experience the transformative power of dance, whether you’ve got two left feet, a wobbly sense of balance or don’t know your lefts from your rights…. EVERYONE is a dancer because it’s passion that drives us.

THE BEST PLACE TO START? ….. IS RIGHT HERE!

One of the most beautiful aspects of dance is its diversity. From classical forms like ballet and jazz to exploring the movement and deep cultural roots of hip hop and dancehall, there’s a style of dance that will make your soul sing. As you embark on your dance journey, take the time to explore different styles and discover what resonates with you. Whether you find joy in the ethereal elegance of contemporary or the infectious energy of hip-hop, allow yourself to try…. even if you feel a bit like a flailing giraffe on the inside.
