Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Recording of classes is not permitted without prior permission from teachers. Class passes must be 10 weeks from date of purchase. ALL choreography is copyright and is not permitted to be duplicated nor performed outside classes without prior permission from teachers. Dancers dance at their own risk.

Choreography

All choreography is copyright to Elan Dance est. And is not permitted to be duplicated in any shape or form outside classes without prior permission from the director.

Injuries

The utmost duty of care will be taken during class but dancers dance at their own risk.
