Judging Criteria
All dancers will be judged on the following categories.
- Execution of Afro, and Dancehall foundation 20%
- Originality & Creativity 20%
- Versatility and Musicality 20%
- Ability & Skill 10%
- Entertainment Value & Stage Presence 10%
- Crowd Interaction & Reaction 10%
- Presentation & Costumes 10%
Additional Competition Notes
- Please note this dance competition is predominantly an Afro, Dancehall competition. Music played and styles expected to be demonstrated must be within these mentioned genres.
- The DJ will play music at random and the dancer has the allocated time to demonstrate thier best dance moves.
- The dancer(s) will freestyle in a head to head format with their competition.
